Week 2
The second week was very busy.
Since we had already laid our solid foundation during the first week, we had to pick up from where we left off. But don't be fooled, it's not as easy as it sounds.
The benefit of the second week was that we had already made the basic outline of the base. So, all we needed was the extra detail, so that it wouldn't look plain and shapeless.
We had to look for long and flat tetrix pieces to put under the out line of the base. It wasn't easy to do because the flat pieces were not only short, but insufficient.
Luckily, we came up with a solution. We decided to put one flat piece parallel to each together, at each side of the car. Then, we left spaces in between each row.
But, even with this brilliant idea, we still had huge spaces in between our flat pieces. So, we decided to try to fill the spaces by putting long pieces in between them.
Our idea worked and we were able to complete the top part of the base.
